The Compassion Game

It is hard to be compassionate when you are stressed by a situation.

In the Compassion Game you will go from a stressful situation to one that feels at least neutral in just a couple of minutes so you can be present again.

On top of that you will receive some insights to deal differently with a similar situation next time.

The Compassion Game can be played individually, per two or in larger groups.

We use it in combination with a keynote or in a personal coaching session.

These are a few examples of situations where The Compassion Game has an added value:

  • In teams where there are conflicts. Remark: in this case the game is played individually without interaction with other participants.
  • Self-managing teams: to understand each other better.
  • Brainstorming and innovation workshops. When the participants are in compassionate mode, they are much more open for each others’ ideas.
  • During conferences. People are more willing to help each other out when they feel compassion (which lowers the barrier for networking and increases the results). On top of that they are more open for the content of the speakers or workshop facilitators.
