Compassionate Leaders Events

To bring the members of the community together to experience and share compassion for themselves, for others or for the planet besides the online community, we organize live events on a regular basis.

These are the kinds of events we are planning (click on the titles to read the detailed description):

Live Events

2018:
- Compassionate Leaders’ Circles: afternoon/evening session where members give help to other members and receive help from them via facilitated brainstorming sessions and focused prescheduled (and mutually agreed) one-on-one sessions.
From 2019 on:
- Compassionate Hackatons: one day where members brainstorm about ideas and concepts to be more compassionate for themselves, for others and for the planet.
- Charity Days: one day where members volunteer for local charities.
- Dragon’s Den XL: where all participants can invest a small amount in innovative, responsible, sustainable and compassionate companies instead of just the 5 investors.
- Yearly International Compassionate Leaders Conference: the yearly live meeting spot for all members.

Experiences / Training

2018:
- The Compassionate Leader Experience: one day to experience how to practice compassion in the workplace in order to improve results including the Values Exercise, the Compassion Technique (Basic Version), the 5 Support Languages Exercise and the Be Generous Game.
From 2019 on:
- The Compassion Technique – Live: one day to learn the different ways to apply the Compassion Technique for yourself and with your team/company by exploring all the dimensions of the full version of the Compassion Technique.
- The Compassionate Leader Course (online or live): participants follow the steps of the Compassionate Leader Pathway and get insights, tools and exercises to become even more Compassionate Leaders step by step.

Since we are just starting out, we will probably add, delete and modify the formats in the future.
