Compassionate Leaders’ Circles

When people meet each other face-to-face, projects and ideas can accelerate. Especially when they are Compassionate Leaders :-).
That’s why we organize the Compassionate Leaders’ Circles.
While some of our other events are focused on feeling and extending more compassion when there is tension, this event is focused on making deep connections, giving input on each other’s projects, providing feedback and making introductions. You might call it the happy form of compassion :-).
Format
Afternoon-evening, traffic jam free event (16:00-22:00) including a delicious walking dinner.
The participants make deep connections and lift each other to the next level via:
- Group circle where (success) stories of compassion in the workplace are shared.
- Small facilitated brainstorming circles to give and receive valuable input on their projects and ideas.
- Focused 15 minute one-to-one sessions (which are mutually agreed upon before the event using our event app).
- Network auction where every participant can ask the whole group for support or input. The intention is not to have a highest bid like in a normal auction, but to collect as many practical tips and introductions as possible.
- Casual conversations during dinner and drinks afterwards.
Extra:
- The Compassion Technique (basic version):
- How to feel inner peace within minutes.
- How to apply parts of the Compassion Technique to get more out of the brainstorming and one-to-one sessions.
Benefits
Benefits:
- You will make deep connections with the other participants.
- You will be uplifted by other people’s stories.
- You will have received lots of new ideas and suggestions regarding your own projects.
- You will have received many pointers to solutions.
- You will have received several introductions to helpful contacts.
These results will be multiplied by the power of the Compassionate Leader approach:
- Proven formats (we have been using them over 10 years in other projects).
- Network app that allows you to choose your partners for the one-to-one sessions yourself (in other words, no random matches).
- All sessions are facilitated in order to get the best results (e.g. extraverted and introverted people get the same amount of time to give and receive input).
- Participants are members of the Compassionate Leader Community whose focus is to help each other, not just themselves.
